WTH? I bet your asking yourself! This 19th century wrought iron butcher's rack was used to suspend the smaller fresh produce displayed for sell (I'll let you imagine just what). In any case this would be excellent for handing pots and pans from or dried herbs or flowers, let you imagination run wild (to erase the previous image, lol)
